Our Inspiration

The inception of pizza dates back to 1734, with Pizza Marinara, a cheese-less pizza. Cheese was added to the recipe in the early 1800s, resulting in the first Margherita pizza. This marked a turning point in the evolution of pizza, paving the way for the diverse range of offerings, each topped with a variation of cheese.

Despite the growth of cheese pizza, the development of cheese-less pizza came to a halt after the addition of cheese.

Numerous brands have put their spin on cheese pizza, but none have dared to venture into the realm of cheese-less pizza… Until now
